bObsweep App
If you forget your bObsweep password or would like to change it for any reason, you may do so on the bObsweep app or on www.bobsweep.com.
Through the app
If you’re already logged in:
- Click the hamburger menu
- Click Account
- Click Edit Profile
- Click Forgot your password
If you’re not logged in:
- Click Log In
- Click Forgot your password
- Enter the email address linked to your account
Check the inbox of the email linked to your bObsweep account. You should receive an email in the next few minutes with a link to reset your password. If you do not receive an email, check all folders including All Mail and Spam or Junk, and refresh your inbox.
Through the site
If you’re already logged in:
- Click the hamburger menu on mobile
- Click your name
- Click My Account
- Scroll down and click Change Password
If you’re not logged in:
- Click the hamburger menu on mobile
- Click Log In on mobile
- Click log in with email
- Click Forgot password
- Enter the email address connected to your account
Check the inbox of the email linked to your bObsweep account. You should receive an email in the next few minutes with a link to reset your password. If you do not receive an email, check all folders including All Mail and Spam or Junk, and refresh your inbox.
Creating a new account
- Log out
- Create your new account with +1 added to your email address (i.e., customer+1@bobsweep.com)
This altered email address is still linked to your real email address, meaning all emails will be directed to the correct address. You must use this altered email address whenever logging into your bObsweep account. You cannot access this new account with your original email address.
Don’t worry about losing your bot’s data by switching accounts, as all data is stored on the bot itself. Once you connect your bot to Wi-Fi using the new account, all existing maps, schedules, and other information will be available.
