To qualify for the 100% money back guarantee, the product must be returned clean and in original condition and packaging, with no marks or adhesives stuck on the product or packaging and all accessories and contents included along with a copy of your invoice/sales receipt and a completed MBG Claim Form. Refunds will be processed within 21 business days of receipt of the goods, where shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that without a completed MBG Claim Form, no refund can be processed.
The MBG Claim Form, along with the returned product, must be received within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date to our warehouse and sent only to the address written on the MBG Claim Form and in its original packaging. Packages sent to any other address cannot be tracked and/or refunded.
To qualify for a full MBG, bObsweep must have been used indoors, under normal conditions and maintained according to the instructions provided on the owner's manual and this website. Please note, that for a full refund, bObsweep and all its accessories must be returned undamaged, in full working condition, in original packaging and with original proof of purchase. Shipping the product in any packaging other than its original may damage the product and would thereby void your money back guarantee. If the goods are returned not in their original condition (for example damaged or dirty) cleaning and service fees may be deducted from your refund. In cases of missing parts or accessories, your refund will be deducted to reflect accessory prices and restocking fees. If the products are returned in unacceptable shape, you may have the option of receiving the goods back in the same condition at your cost.
It shall be the sender's sole responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of the machine to us. We do not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of the unit during its return. Partial returns of multiple unit purchases will be refunded to reflect the discount received on the additional unit(s). bObsweep shall have the absolute discretion to determine whether the above conditions have been satisfied entitling the claimant to a refund or not.
