Our products clean both carpet and hard floors. However, they are not designed to clean shag carpeting or rugs with long fringes or fibers.

Yes, our bots can handle floor transitions. They also detect the floor type and adjust their speeds accordingly. For example, when Bob climbs from hardwood to carpet, he slows down to pull the dust and debris out of the unsmooth surface.

Our bots can clean about six cycles before the dustbin is full. In models with Self-empty technology, the dust bag is as large as a gallon and does not need to be changed for 3-6 months.

The battery lasts for about five years. Our products come with a 1 to 2-year warranty on the battery.

Delete your bot from the bObsweep App and reconnect it to your new (updated) 2.4GHz home Network. Your bot needs access to your home Network's password and the way to gain access to that is through connecting to Wi-Fi. Bot's Maps and schedules remain intact during this process.
