Trading in your bot is simple
Step 1:
Apply and wait for approval
Fill out and submit the application form below for our customer service team to review. Upon receiving your application, someone from our team will reach out to approve the trade-in or ask for further information needed to complete their evaluation.
Step 2:
Return old model
You will receive a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours of your application approval. At this time, you are provided a 15 day window to return your old bObsweep model.
Step 3:
Purchase new UltraVision
You will also be provided with a personal link / coupon code allowing you to order UltraVision at the discounted price. You'll get your new bot in no time!
